Throughout Asia shared dining is a traditional way to eat. The Chef will craft a variety of dishes for your table to enjoy.
Where possible our products are sourced directly from the farmer, locally. The fish is line caught from Pantai Lebih. The salt harvested from Goa Lawar and the honey harvested in Tabanan.
We have limited the number of allocated seats in the restaurant to 35 people. This allows our chef to focus on attention to detail and quality control.
